I agree that Hicks can't get all of the blame for the team quitting. Basketball is very much a team sport and it only takes one or two players with who don't care anymore to really cause the wheels to fall off the cart.

If there are players who have quit Hicks needs to bench these guys immediately and get guys on the floor who care. I would have new found respect for Hicks if he benched/suspended guys and let the media know it was for poor attitude etc...
