aug 14, 2009 i have received the letter as well stating i have won $1,250,000 and wanting me to send 19.99 to get the list. this is not a scam by definition but is very misleading, it has been examined by my prepaid lawers and found to be legal because you are paying a research or mailing office/service to send you what you can find on your own, they do simplify it for you by sending a list of corperations that hold sweepstakes and in full there guidlines to enter them, the service you pay for can be done by yourself by serching on google or yahoo ect... for free to enter sweepstakes. there will be a few thousand results and you can take your pick
