I think that place speaks for itself..and eventually people catch on to the b.s. that goes on. As for the rest that stay there.....if waiting around your whole life for one little post from Jr rocks your boat..well hey..good on ya mate!
Reminds me of the scene from Toy Story.......all the little green space men waiting in the box for the arm to come down and pick them. "Pick me Pick me" "I am the CHOSEN one"..hee hee...
