Lynn just brought this to my attention, I thought you all might enjoy reading it, also. Apparently there was quite a bit of stuff on the church in Saturday's "Faith & Values" section.

The Seeker's Diary - the "seeker" attended ward conference for Eden Prairie ward - and had a better experience than the last time he attended one of our wards, as I recall. Good job, Eden Prairie!

Mormons have a 'bold claim' that some dispute: this is Sister Whiting who is currently serving at the University and who was with us in Burnsville for 2 weeks last September when her companion went home sick and then 9/11 delayed the arrival of her new companion. Much more favorable than an NPR piece that aired last spring that was just SO wrong.

Isn't it interesting, that we've now surpassed the ELCA? I didn't know that, or that we are now the 5th largest religion in the US. :-) And while they quote someone who makes a living preaching against our church, they give President Gleed a chance to respond directly to his comments, to clarify.

Kind of cool, this sort of coverage right here at home. I know we all expected coverage during the Olympics, and some of us were a little bit worried as to how bad it might be. This is looking pretty good, don't you think?
