傳統醫德中有一種說法：醫生不只是「工」(工匠、工人的那一種「工」)，他還有仁。
不斷的做著很規範化的步驟，
step by step，
有些時候，自己也不免忘記了何謂「仁」。
遇到無理的病人家屬，
在病危病人還有vital signs的情況下，
強烈要求你放棄搶救，
巴巴的看著病人的ECG越來越平，最後沒有了，
自己的「仁」又該往哪裡放？

不過，還好這只是小數，
病房裡，還有好多好多可以激勵你努力下去的人和事。
