*up her head slightly, looking up at the blurry figure in front of her. she nudges her gently as if to tell her to take care of her baby. she lays her head down gently, eyes closing. slowly, her heart stops beating, and she takes her last breath.*

*rushes in, hoping he wasn't to late. sees his mare on the floor, then looks to the baby, then SeCaun.* cadence?? *he kneels down beside her, tears falling down his face.* my cadence, i should have been here, i'm sorry. *he burries his face in his hands, sobbing.*

*filly moves slightly in her sleep.*
