1. 踏板舞步伐好急好快 , 但(柳/咬)腰動作較aerobic少, 近排較多人選擇Jazz , 因為動作優美, 配上Jazz音樂, 似dance, 唔似做exercise.

有無睇張小嫻既新聞呀 , 我好鐘意佢既小說.散文架, 佢先至係我真命既愛情顧問呀, (如花果個禽..禽.....流感唔係呀). 一個愛情至上既才女! 呢穫佢都幾金, 因為佢小說中一向唔多妥協睇好第三者收場, 真係好希望唔會影響佢創作生涯啦, 轉頭要send 份e-mail support下佢至得.

蝦, 如果張小嫻個老公仔由到八四年到而家對佢都仲係禁專一, 佢都無搵錯人啦, 錯就錯在世俗觀念同埋'相逢恨晚' 姐....
