Subject: I always have to steal my kisses from you...

It was earlier than usual for him to be coming home and that was a little unsettling - they had been called off a job because it was trying to snow, and he suspected it wouldn't be long before the weather put a halt on business. Being the newest laborer, he would likely be the first laid-off for the winter, and already he was dreading having to find a new job... Worn, faded denims hanging low from his narrow hips and a black hoodie pulled over a plain tee, he pushed the hood off his head and closed the door behind him. "Emma?"

She was studying in the living room, books spread around her as she laid on her stomache in the middle of the floor.
