It's always good to find a new place to discuss HQ. I'm writing from the US. I was actually introduced to HQ at a friends house in Colombia, South America (I was living there at the time). On vacation back in the US I purchased the core game and the two basic expansions. I tried to order by mail the other two(Barbarian and Elf)expansions, but unfortunately they never arrived. I later tried to get them a few years later when I came back to the US but to my surprise HQ had been discontinued. So I thought that was the end of HQ. Finally in 2000 someone mentioned Ebay, so fiddling around I typed in Hero Quest (have to say I wasn't expecting to find it) and to my surprise their was much more than I thought I'd find. Now I own HQ (core) HQ advanced (comes with Dark Company,)the Witch lord expansion, Kellar's Keep, Barbarian and Elf expansions, Morcar's magier (wizards of morcar), Against the Ogre Hoard and a few other things that can be used with HQ. So all in all I've known HQ for about 13 years. Now, though I have a pretty expansive collection I don't have any one to play with. But it still is pretty cool to look at all the Mini's I've don't know most of the quests from the 4 less comun expansions (for fear of ruining the fun.... if I ever get to play as the Hero again in one of these expansions.
