Great game, except no female characters

This would be a lot more diverse game if they had any female characters. I enjoy the artwork, love the miniatures (which my friends and I use for our D&D games), and the quests are fun, and a great way to learn GMing. I just don't like the fact that it is so male-exclusive. What's up with that?
