This is in reference to a guy by the name of Allen David who took my money but never sent me the cell phones. He is claiming that his business name is Global Mobile Ltd; his e-mail address is globalmobileltd@sify.com; his address is:No 2 science park west avenue, SHATIN 852 Hong Kong and he is using so many different cell numbers that would work in the beginning but will not work once he got your money. If you talk to him, he has a heavy chinese or asian accent.
I ordered and paid for the cell phones and PlayStation 3 from this guy through the one of the websites for trede and import:http://www.import-export-guide.com/member/allen22 on March 12, 2007 through the Western Union I have the MTCN# if anybody wants a proof. Here is the copy of the info. he sent me regarding the receiver of the money:

When I went to courier website and tracked the shipment, it had the shipping information stating that the package is on transit which I later found out that it was a fake website. I called the original contact number on the website which was a number from UK and got a hold of the man by the name of Mr. Pecit and told me that the package is on transit. When I went to the website again, the number changed to a number that does not work and the address of the business changed from UK address to US address in Colorado. (Please check this website as wellnwww.globelink-express.com) I sent him $600.00 through Western Union on March 17, 2007 since he told me that he will pay for the $250.00. And here is the receiver's info:

After making the payment and have given him the information, he sent me another e-mail asking for $500.00 more for the insurance and this was when I 100% concluded that I was scammed. There was another guy with a different business name who has been calling me to ask for my business. He called me often before and when I told him about Allen David, and that I will report him, the other guy stopped calling me. I have the feeling that there is a group of people who are doing this scam. I checked a lot of forums and they have the same advertisements; same formats and even same wrong spelling; and also using God's name in their ad; but different people's names. Please do a thorough investigation regarding this so they will not victimize others. I called the Western Union and had informed me that they are willing to cooperate and even reveal the photo surveillance of the people who receive my money. I have the proof of e-mails and payment receipt as needed. As I did some further website research, this Allen David and others have lots of advertisements on the Internet. I saw their ads by just typing :"Buy Brand New Nokia N95; through Google If your department can please help me and others because I am sure I am not the only victim, I will really appreciate it. More than likely, I may not get my money back but at leaset I can slow down his fake business which hopefuly will shut down at the end.

P.S. I just reported this guy to the Hong Kong Police and the FBI for Internet Fraud. Please do not believe this guy, he will call you so often and e-mail you and convince you that he really has a business but the truth of the matter is he is fake and a scammer.
