Ah, pardon my mirth. I can't say exactly where he is, but the graveyard would probably be a good place to start, knowing him.

I have to warn you though, he is not nice. He's a true predator, unlike the semi-predators you take for granted around here. And he loves horse-flesh. If you want to speak with him , your best bet is to find one of those he respects and get them to accompany you.
