This is the only tt I am Alpha or whatever of, but I've got a Backup, a Beta, and other characters in more active places with more people depending on them than here, so I'm going to quit Sophonax. Sorry everyone, or Lily and Noble Heart. Try not to get deleted or something, OK? I'll come back and check for maybe a month, prob'ly less, and if Starry Night Glen is still this inactive, then we are permanently gone. Cya'll lata!!

but this place is soo inactive! We need a)more members and b) more activity. A lot more of both. I'm gonna go wander 'round a bit, advertise our tt, y'know, but if anyone comes on (Noble Heart or Lily) then try to stay on, please? I think I'm going to update pretty soon, and I'm seriously considering clearing the main message index, since it's gotten into a big, disorganized mess. I might even change the format. If anyone has any objections or ideas, e-mail me (either hold your mouse-arrow thing, the proper name for which I forget, over my name or else click on it) with them. And we've got to start doing the Joining board! Who's living here? Hmm, there's me, Noble Heart, and Lily, and I think that's it. The young tigeress enters silently taking in everything that hse sees and hears. She stays close the the large trees as she wanders ever alert. Her tail hovers over the ground, the tip switching slightly out of excitment although her strong face shows none of it. She sniffs the air wondering if there are any other tigers around. She sits on her haunches and waits patently to be noticed knowing her presence has already reached the nose of someone.

NEW FEATURE!!

As we love to do, we came up with another cool new add-on to Cascade! This idea will hopefully bring rulers from all sections together, but we're going beyond that! After much long waiting, the normal people of Cascade Mountains finally have a strong voice! We are creating two councils: the Council of Rulers and the Council of Representatives. Each section will vote for two people to represent their section. These people will be your everyday, roam-the-streets and socialize type people. No territory leaders, no rulers. This is your chance to step up and make a difference! Our first council meeting will be April 20th, which means each section needs to vote on their representatives by the 19th! It's up to each section ruler as to how your section will go about it, but it will end with two people being elected by their section. When you have an idea or want to make a complaint, go directly to your representatives. They will then discuss everyone's ideas and make some decisions, which they will take to the Council of Rulers. They'll decide and the representatives will go back to their sections to what's new. Meetings will not always be regular, but they will probably be every two weeks or so. Each representative will remain for two meetings unless they are reelected. Go to http://www.geocities.com/more_cascade/Councils.html for more information and see if you qualify! If you do, go to your section leader and see about running for representative!

Note: The farm will go straight to the election on a special board set up for them.
