You're not the only one who tends to go on and on until Christmas.As a matter of fact,that'd be me.I just thought I'd say that disorders are so for people who don't go through that pattern,for example my mum who is a very fine sleeper.I only know most people can say they've got sleeping disorders if they sort of roll over in bed for an hour or two before falling asleep.And they find it extremely ackward when someone can't sleep at all through the night.That'd be me,as well.I do get sleepy in the afternoons but I can manage.And after three days,I can have a normal night sleep.Am I that weird?
