menu將會放在hp的最上&最下面(打橫兩條menu，上下各一);
中央有hp的名稱;
左面有電子報的logo&訂報表單;
右面有走馬燈字的小公告(介紹最新一期電子報的出版資料)，也有一個較大的公告板，報告hp的updates、站長們最新作品情報等~

上一個msg漏了一樣，就係"about"裡，希望簡介一下我們的電子報(也許就放在開站緣起一齊講吧﹗)

應小晶的idea，hp將會盡量simple一點，故盡量唔整java，以免load得太慢~
