Bring up "Windows Explorer" and open:
C:\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE*

That folder may be "...IE5" even if you're running IE6.

Open that folder and you'll see about 4 folders with alphabet-soup names such as "4ZCZKJED."

Open any one of those, click "View" on your top toolbar, and set the View to "Thumbnail." NOTE: You may want to make sure nobody's looking over your shoulder, before you do this last step.

Now that you see the problem, I don't have a solution--yet. But, even in a computer you've tried very hard to keep *CLEAN,* you'll see stuff there from places you know you haven't been. I'll be back to share what I learn about this stuff. RKBA! Best regards, all.
