I got tired of looking at the other colors! LOL
But back to Scott - They have initially denied him the privilage of going to the memorial service but might have to let him go if he officially requests it and it is approved.
I feel sorry for the family. Her poor mother. Even if Scott is not guilty he should have the decency to not force the family to suffer his presence at the mermorial service.
If and when he gets out he can hold his own service for her if that is really what he wants to do....
He got that high priced attorney too. So, he won't be stuck with a public defender! LOL
I would have not gone for the death penalty if I had been the prosecuter. But it is a high profile so it is no surprise that they are going after it.
I have always thought that life in prision without possiblilty of parole is a worse punishment than a quick and easy death by lethal injection.
