Hard to imagine eh? Granted your first problem would be transporting the money... It would take three Tractor-trailors to haul it off! But it appears that is exactly the question Saddam has since he managed to make a withdrawl of 1 billion dollars before the war broke out...

Saddam's son took $1B before war
United Press International
Saddam Hussein's second son took $1 billion in cash from Iraq's Central Bank just before the war, a report said Tuesday.
The money removal took place at 4 a.m. on March 18 -- just hours before the first U.S.-led air assault -- and was ordered by Saddam, The New York Times said.
Saddam's son, Qusay, and an assistant to the deposed leader, Abid al-Hamid Mahmood, carried a letter to the bank authorizing the money seizure. "When you get an order from Saddam Hussein, you do not discuss it," said an Iraqi official who held a senior position in a bank under Hussein's government.
The Iraqi official said the removal of the money amounted to about a quarter of the Central Bank's hard currency reserves.
Three tractor-trailers were needed to carry off the money, the newspaper said.
