Hey guys, where is Colona located? I'm brand new to things, but I live in Dallas and have already talked to Derric about kickin'. I've got 2 questions for the experience out there:
1. What order should I learn the moves in (the basics)?
2. Do you recommend doing drills (like alternating toe kicks)?
I can already do the real basic kicks like inside, outside, and toe, and I can do a toe stall and a jester sometimes. I know I need to get the clipper stall and inside stalls down. From there, gimme a list of things to learn.
