Deb & Read thanks for the words of wisdom. Encouragement helps. Read..I'm glad you explained what your idea of a quickie is. I wasn't sure what that looked like. Now that gives me a good idea...share 2-3 things with them.
The way to say it is tough too. I test out the people I work with and friends. I start spewing out what's in the manual, but that doesn't really help them. I need to work on being more eloquent when providing an analysis. I guess that comes with practice.

Yes Read, thanks for your words. I also liked your definition of quickie. I used to spend forever on mine adding in all sorts of details and I wasn't even getting paid! It was good practice, though.
