If you're not too sure WHAT to say, start with the information on the GraphoDeck. Bart spent considerable time developing these descriptions for the cards. They are eloquent in their brevity, and state the traits in a way that others can understand and hear (usually).

Then, as you study and learn more traits, think about metaphors that apply for each of the traits you learn.

Curtis and Bart are brilliant here as well, using examples that are both entertaining and enlightening. That's why their program works so easily and so well - first of all, the information is accurate and reproducible and then they model the best way to present the information.
