. In the courtyard of the stables, Lyrick grooms her newest addition (Not on my main account, though.) to her stables, a young Thoroughbred. She had rescued the gelding from the Humane Association after his last owner had dumped him there after losing too many races. Brushing down his neck, she went into a lapse daydream, thinking about how she was going to re-train him as an eventer. The rush of cross-country...the grace of dressage...the excitment of show jumping...her thoughts trailed away, but were suddenly interrupted by Kryptonite kicking out as one of the barn cats ran between his legs. She sighed. This would be harder than she thought .
