Subject: 有關回轉馬問題

小弟係新手一名，有關一些做回轉馬的問題，希望各位幫忙。如果隻馬跑完63戰係唔係要按著綠色制同埋ok來退役？另外，如果隻馬變成自在馬，請問係唔係唔可以要？
