That is the difference of inside parameter 'sharpness'. Some horse may tend to have higher 'sharpness' rating, therefore when they reached the final 300M they can still maintain their speed (NT) -- sonny, 20:45:07 09/27/02 Fri

But I can also explain in this way, I think there might be differences in the method of ' character BIG Hit ', some people may hit that whip in the middle of the big character, but i like to hit that single whip just on the right hand side of the character 'BIG', the horse will not decrease the speed immediately.
