Subject: Manifesting Money Experiment

As you will notice when reading this article, I am not a professional writer. But I do believe in helping others and this is the reason why I decided to explain my experiment by writing. So here it is!

After trying lots of techniques, prayers, affirmations……nothing was working so I looked on the Internet for more..... and more info.

What works for me may not work for you. But at the worse, this example may help you get closer to your goal or figure out what works best for you.

Most of us looking for manifesting techniques do not have the money to buy expensive materials or attend seminars...and so forth.

For my experiment, believe it or not, I only use free tools and resources I found on the Internet. I believe I am already on the right track. I am hoping this will help other people manifest their dreams without spending their hard earned money.

Since October 5th, 2004, I have manifested:

1)Phone bill paied by a family member as a gift. I have to say it was not my birthday and there was no special reasons for this person to offer me any gifts.

2)Two new pairs of Jeans offered to me by a friend of mine.

3)Two one-day trips to Germany. I did not spend a dime on those. A friend of mine needed to go to Germany for business and asked me if I could come along. He offered to pay for everything if I accepted to go with him. So of course, I did!!

4)New printer cartridges from my mother. She went to the store for whatever reasons and came back with two ink cartridges for my printer. I had not asked her for anything but one thing for sure, I had no ink left and no money to buy any.

5)A few days ago, I got a 200 euros electricity bill in the mail ....and no money to pay for it! I had not talked about it to anyone. I spent an afternoon with my fiancé. We went for a bike ride, went out to eat, watched a movie and then, I came back home to my mom, and son. Once at home, I noticed an envelope in my purse when I reached in to grab some bubble gums. In this envelope, there was 200 euros. Out of the blue, my fiancé decided to give me 200 Euros as a gift to do whatever I wanted such as buy clothes for myself or my son. He had no clue I needed that money to pay off my bill. He had never done something like that before either....

6)Back in september, I started a class of Computer assisted drawing. We use the AutoCAD software. I don’t need to say that I had no money to buy that software. It costs about 800 Euros. So it was clear to me that I would go through the school year without that software. However, I did add it to my wish list after starting the prosperity game. Well, tonight is October 15th, I just came back from class. My teacher gave me his AutoCAD software as he bought a newer version!! Why did he give it to me and not another student? I believe it is because I had that software on my wish list. This is the most expensive gift I have received so far......and I only started the manifesting experiment ten days ago. I believe it is only a matter of time before I can manifest even bigger dreams!

How did I get to manifest all that in ten days? First, I analyzed my situation:

• The first thing I did was to figure out what I needed right now more than anything else.
In my case, it is money!

What do I not like about money right now?
I do not like having debts, not having enough money to make ends meet, not been able to buy clothes when I need or want them, not been able to go on trips, or even go out with my friends because I don’t have the money. Not been able to pay off my mom’s debt. Owing money to a bank makes me feel as if the bank is in control of my life. I really do not like that.

Why should I not get as much money as I wish?
I am worried that if I have a lot of money, I am going to start attracting “fake” friends...even my family will probably stop by more often just to get something out of me. I want true friendship, and I want to help other’s financially because I feel it is right and not because we are related in some ways! In my family, they assume that if I have something, I can’t enjoy it if the rest of them do not get a piece of it..... even though they are all wealthy and I am not. I don’t want to attract jealousy and fights.


What can I do about that?
Not tell them anything about my financial success, pay off my debts, and move back home to Texas!

How can I make this negative money issue a positive one?
I feel good and proud of myself when I pay any amounts bigger than the minimum required on my credit card.
I enjoy seing the amount on my credit card lower every month.
I love knowing that although I have debts, my credit is outstanding.
I love to know that God think I am responsible enough to take care of my life while raising my son, and taking care of my sick mother.
I love the house I am renting and my 1990 car! We have a place to live, and a car to drive wherever we need to go.

What do I want?
I want money to come to me from all sources in the best of ways and harming none on its way. I want to pay off my debts and always have enough money to make ends meet. I want to have enough money to financially help other single parents..... to start with! I know how hard it is for me and I hate to know that others are going through the same. So I want and need to do something about it.

Then, I search the net for tools:

I am using her technique where I write a statement of my
own 3 times with the dominant hand, 3 times with the other
hand, three times with the dominant hand, and 3 time with
the other hand, and finally say my statement out loud
three times.
Here is my statement: Money, money come to me
In abundance three times three
May I be enriched in the best of
Ways
Harming none on its way

Some people may prefer shorter statements such as
the affirmations you can find in Susan James free ebook.
I tend to like poem-like prayers. They bring some type of
magic to the process...don’t they? 
• I also use a “magic creation box”. Mine looks like a miniature version of a settler’s trunk. It is made out of wood. I have had it for a long time and love it. Everyday, I write down on little note cards what I bought with my “virtual” checks received with the prosperity game. If I can find pictures that represents what I want, I place them in my box with the note cards.
If I have other wishes, any wishes, I do the same and
place them in my magic creation box. Once a day, I read
all the cards in my box. If one of my wishes came true,
I thank God/the universe for bringing it to me, and cross
that wish out of my list.

• Greatful/thankful journal

I came to the conclusion that no matter how hard my life may seem, I am blessed and always well taken care of by God and my angels.

But so far in my life, I have been acting like a spoiled brat. I wanted things and once I got them, I was not very greatful to anyone...no...instead, I was making new wishes right away and wondered why I did not have that now! I’ld get things I wanted for a long time and think “ok! I got it! Now what else?” Geee, what a spoiled brat!

What the prosperity game as done for me so far is to help me realize what a brat I was!!!! :-) Now, when I get something I have wished for, it is like being 4 years old, standing in front of the Christmas tree. I am happy and thrilled, greatful and thankful.
After realizing how “bad” I had been these past years, I have decided to write down at least five things I am thankful for everyday. At first I thought it would be hard to find five things everyday.......but in fact, I come up with more than five things everytime!

By doing that, I concentrate much more on what I already have than what I do not have yet! I can tell you out of experience that you get more of what you concentrate on all the time. For example, I kept concentrating on the lack of money and debts to pay off....the result? I kept getting new bills I was not expecting and was drowning myself into more debts. Since I started my manifesting experiment, I concentrate more on what I have received and it makes me happy...to the point where I am attracting more goods into my life.
