Subject: Learning

I am beginning to learn to connect with the abilities I had as a younger person. Mike has helped remind me of relaxtion. I realize that I must be patient in my quest. I have been reading many of the topics on improving my self awareness and getting in touch with those around me. I will definitly come to this message board to seek advice and learn the ways to reconnect with my guides in hopes that I can one day help those who are on the the path to do the same.
