Subject: I met 3DD last night (Nov 7th '00)

I bought tickets only two days before the show. It was really last min. I hadn't been to a show in ages and I jumped at the oppertunity. It's funny cuz when Kryptonite frist came out, I hated 3DD...it was so overplayed i just wanted to spaz when I heard it. But I started listening to other songs and fell in love. Also, their video made me change my mind about Kryptonite. So I went to the show and Cold and Dust for Life were boring, ok, but boring b/c I wanted to see 3DD so bad. I had floor tix even tho i bought balcony but I sat in balcony until the first 3dd song. Then my friend said shed watch my stuff and I oculd go on the floor. So i ran down there, pushed nto the crowd and was in heaven. Snapping away pictures...I could go on and on about the show and how good it was...but afterwards i made my friend run outside and wait in back of the building in the snow and freezing weather (like i always do, only this was the first time out of all the shows i've been to where NO ONE was waiting) we waited for prolly 2 hours and the roadies and crew and security were all making fun of us for waiting but also helping us by letting Brad know we were out there. Then he finally came out...He rushed to the van and we called his name. He waved, we showedhim our camera and he held up a finger telling us to hold on. Then he came out, we had a roadie snap a pic of us 3 and then I got an auto and he shook our hands as we praised the show and his voice. It was only about a minutes long that we'd been able to spend with him...since we'd waited 2hours he was in a hurry...but it was well worth it.
