We found a reddish brown pit mix starving on the streets in Houston, Texas. He is roughly 80-90 pounds although he was very thin and covered with fleas and scars when we found him. His fleas are gone and coat has heeled. He is not good with cats, so we cannot keep him with our cats in our one bedroom apartment. He has not been neutered although that is a requirement of a new home. He also needs heartworm treatment, which we are willing to pay most if not all of.

We call him Clyde, and he really just desparately needs a foster or permanent home where there is room for him. He is crate trained and house trained and he loves people and getting scratched more than anything. He is okay around other big dogs when supervised. He could be a great pet for someone who can give him the love and attention he deserves. We need a foster or permanent home soon, as time is running out, and we cannot keep him any longer. Please help, if you can, he will make you glad you did. Email me for pictures or more information. We currently live in Houston but will consider trying to get him to other parts of the country, if someone could be available to take him.
