I am a college student and cannot keep my dog because of my neighbors, we live in a townhouse with rules. I will be able to take her back in a year when I move. I have heard of fostering and don't know if I understand what it is. I love her and really want to have her when I move. I'm not sure what to do. giving her away is a possibillity but and trying everything I can to keep her around for the future. If anyone has any ideas, suggestions, or know of somehting that may help please let me know. mnm6282@hotmail.com
P.S. I live near Beaumont, TX, which is 1 hr east of houston, I can travel though if need be. thanks
