Sweet, beautiful PB boy. His owner has him chained to a line between two trees. Little to no interaction. This has been this dogs way of life for a long long time. From what I understand, his owner was given this dog as a gift but really didn't want a PB.....UGH! He is fed and watered but is being neglected on a daily basis. I am trying to handle this horrible situation and will do whatever I can to find this dog a new home.
