I have a 3 year old male pit bull that was a stray that I found. He is full blood according to the vet. He was in bad shape, but I have nursed him back to health. He is SO sweet and playful. He is great with adults, children, cats and small dogs. He is also fine with my very old neutered male Ridgeback (a big dog), but I don't know about un-neutered large dogs.
He is mostly an indoor dog because my male Border Collie, who lives in the back yard, hates all other male dogs.
Please consider taking this deserving dog. He has been through a lot and I love him, but just can't keep him long-term.
I live in Dallas Texas so we are not so far apart.
