I have taken in 2 female pit mixes that were dumped near the middle school where I work. Both offers on taking each dog has fallen through and I have had the puppies 3 weeks now. I would keep them and foster them if I could but we are putting our house up for sale next week and we already have 3 dogs - in a neighborhood. I can't seem to fine anyone who can take in one or both dogs to foster and/or adopt. I have no choice but to take them to a shelter next week if no one can help. Every "rescue" agency has either turned me away or directed to me another agency. I live NE of Houston and I willing to drive to someone's house that is interested in helping out.
