Found Pit Bull Mix? Puppy

Hi,

Last night as I was going to the store with my children, I saw a sad puppy sitting in the the middle of the road. I thought I recognized this puppy as the one I saw my neighbor outside petting. So, I picked the puppy up and took it to their house. After knocking on their door at 1100 at night, they answered the door. Turns out that the dog is not theirs and it has been roaming up and down this culdesac for the last week.

I did not feel right leaving him in the middle of the road again, so I brought him home and let him stay in my garage last night. I gave him water and food to try and make him feel welcomed and not so scared and no telling the last time, he actually had a decent meal. He has got to be the saddest puppy I have ever seen.

There are many reasons why I cannot keep him, but the main one is I have three other dogs already. My australian shepherd is aggressive towards unknown dogs, so having the puppy in my house or the backyard could cause injury to the puppy. He can't live in my garage, so here I am trying to find a home for the puppy.

He definitely has pit bull in him. I am not sure if he is full blooded cause I have never seen a pit bull puppy who is about four months old. As of right now he is lanky looking, I'm not sure if that look would correlate with a pit bull puppy of that age.

For anyone who is interested in him and would give him a good home, here is his information. As I have already stated he is a male. His coloring is brown(his brown reminds me of the color of my australian shepherd, who is a red merle) and white. I would say he is mostly white with three or four big brown spots. One of these spots goes around an eye and ear. He doesn't seem to be aggresive at all. He is just real scared and sad. He actually wagged his tail slowly this morning, but he still cowers and walks really slow torwards me when I try to call him to me.

Please help find this scared, sad puppy a home. He really deserves a new start in life after being abandoned the way he was.
