She needs a person to build her confidence. A quiet home would be preferred. She is not bothered by other dogs or cats. She relates very well to other animals, more so than to humans as she needs to learn to trust again. She needs someone with a quiet home, a gentle touch and voice to be able to bring her out of her shell. It might even take a couple of visits to the shelter to coax Sylvia to meet you.
