   Life as a commoner is a rough and a short one, especially if you are a poor commoner. But life is not without reprieve here in Dagora. Housing is free, and once a month a servant of the King ventures down with the castle's Mage to check on the health of the people. Taxes are based on the number of children one has and his occupation, and taxes are collected every 6 months.
