Subject: Grafting Hoodia ruschi to Staphelia gigantea

Well this rain and a few other circumstances have caused my Hoodia ruschii to rott off at the base
Im not having much luck with this genera

Anyway i took the few arms and wedge grafted (?) to unrooted Staphlia gigantea pieces
Looks like a nice tight fit
Ive bound up with rubber bands and am keeping ina loosley tied off plastic shopping bag till they fuse

I took the off cuts and flat grafted them to the top of S gigantea

is ths likely to work? ive never grafted them before an dthe vascular structure looks different to Cacti

Has anyone else tried thsis and can you supply any tips?
