The cactus species you mention are all excellent plants and eventually grow into spectacular specimens. However they are slow growing and take many years to reach a good size, so are almost impossible to obtain as advanced landscape specimens.
If you want cactus species that grow very large very quickly, I would suggest you try Cereus peruvianus and allied species, or some of the larger Trichocereus species such as Trichocereus scopulicolus, T. bridgesii or T. pachanoi. Good luck with your cactus hunting!
