Subject: weird black marks on my fav plant ????

hello plant people
i have just noticed strange black marks on my fav succulent. i live in sydney and we have had alot of rain so i think it might be related but am unsure. not sure wether to cut off the affected parts of leave it to see if it gets better. it is inside at the moment warm and dry. i really dont want to cut it up unless absolutely necessary.
can anybody help me save my friend from this 'black plague'
