Subject: pachypodiom geayi

hello please can i have some advise i bought a pachypodiom geayi abot 2 years ago it looked great i got it home repotted it in cactus mix it started loosing its leaves and soom became bare next year it grew some nodules and a few leaves sprowted out of these but they turn brown on the end and eventiallydrop off please what can i do the plant looks sad. warren
