I think Colleen has made some very good suggestions for Sherry. I think that both Sherry and Lani attending the support groups would be an ideal way for them to understand how each other feels about Sherry's illness. It would also allow them to connect with each other on another level. I also think that Lani's prescene at the support group meetings will give Sherry a sense of comfort and appreciation that her sister cares very much about her. With that thought in her mind, it would give me more reason to fight this disease to the bitter end.
