I would also be upset and think it wasn't fair if I had the diease, but my sibling was spared. But I would also look at it in another way. I would be happy for my sister that she doesn't have to go through the problems I do. I am very close with my family, and it hurts to see them suffer. If the tables were turned I would feel extremly horrible for my sibling. I would do everything I coould to make her life better, but I owuld not want her to be jealous of me.
