Mischief, of course, was still there. Giga knew he had not left and was hovering around the pack like a falcon, a guardian angel. Yet at the same time, he had let himself go and taken a strange path. In Giga's eyes, as she watched him suddenly attack the retreating Elena, her nephew had lost his mind. He was wishing Elena to stay -and to stay Evil.

Giga lunged forth, her body interrupting the tense moment, eyes locked on the target which was Mischief. He was hurt; she wished not to harm him further, and so did not use her fangs to pierce his flesh. Her body, able and swift, struck his, from the side. Sinew rippled as Giga pinned the dark-furred male to the ground. His words, righteous though they seemed, were jumbled and unclear. What did he want? What was he asking of Elena by shedding her blood, and she shedding his. There was a union, now...why did Mischief wish to destroy it?

Giga snapped at her nephew and growled low inside her throat, never once touching him with anything other than her paws.
*Bloodshed was unnecessary on both of your parts, although I can understand that Elena acted in self-defense. But tell me troubled one, what do you wish of her? To stay? For what reason? If she chooses to go, why not let her? I don't want to see these lands die, but why send her back to an empty pack where she will only live alone? Tell me, what do you fear?*
It hurt Giga to see him so angry, so determined to get his point across when clearly it was not understood at all. She braced herself for a possible attack, for Mischief's quick reactions and short fuse were nearly like his former self just a few years ago.
