Subject: There's always a lot of wasteful spending, no matter who's in office. I'd much rather my tax dollars help the poor rather than help the rich get richer. I don't believe in the trickle down theory. Look at Enron. I have no respect for greedy corporate leaders. Look at what happened to their middle-class employees. I think conservatives want the middle-class to be mad at the poor for taking advantage. It diverts their attention to what's really happened to America. Who feels secure in their job?.........Not many.....

I have no problem with helping the poor, but the government seems to not know how to do that! They always come up with some weird scheme or another. Where I think they should put more funding is into healthcare and job training, especially for disabled people. I want don't the money to go to some stupid program or another that does not really work, a program that just sounds good to voters. I think they need to concentrate on healthcare, especially. That is one thing I do not mind paying more taxes for..It's atrocious that people do not get proper care when they are sick.
