A senior F.B.I. agent has accused a supervisor of altering a
report in a way that curtailed efforts to obtain evidence
in the case of Zacarias Moussaoui.

It was not a senior FBI agent it was a member from the counsel's office and AUSA's office who stated in a 13 page memo about the problems of pigeon holing the Moussaoui information and not supporting them in obtaining a search warrrant for his computer and also for not getting assistance from the CIA in intellegenice infromation.
