My friend has a 91 Honda civic hatback with gsr engine running about the same time and only cost him $2,000 USD. His brother has a 93 MR2 with Intake and homemade boost controller and runs 14.75 or something like that and i know it wasnt more than $30,000. I have an 89 Toyota Supra Turbo with just intake, 3" exhaust, and 3" downpipe with turbo elbow and I am running mid 15's and I bought the car for $3,800 and spent about $1,000 more. There are a lot of cars for under $30,000 that will do that. I dont mean to flame or offend you, but thats a pretty ignorant question.
