Subject: How'd she know where to find him? Clearly she's been stalking him this entire time since he dumped her, or she escaped from that freezer, or whatever. Too coincidental that she 'happens' to float into town on the day Todd got dumped. But anyway, my vote for what Todd was thinking: 'I knew I should have reinforced the lock on that freezer.'
