Subject: What I loved about today...

besides Jen getting called a bimbo, heehee, was that RH had the good instincts to make Todd look fucking scared. Really fucking scared. Todd's the only hubby Blair hasn't tried to off. Yet. And it was pretty clear that doofus hasn't forgotten what happened the last time Blair got really mad at someone.

And KDP did a great job of putting across Blair's barely-contained rage. She's scary when she gets all quiet and stuff.

Tomorrow, RH will probably go back to doing Todd impersonating Jon Lovitz' liar... yeah, that's the ticket... but today was awesome.

Even though I am watching it through lines (god what a time for the vcr to break).

Well I loved Nicki and Vicki..I want some of the other to come out and play too.

As for KDP damn I thought to day she was going to kill him (I have just the gun for it to.) I loved her. Blair was rocking and she needs to cut him out. Donna Reed is dead. (A girl can hope.)

As for RH well he did good and looked afraid. GOOD Todd needs to be afraid and really afraid. As him reverting to DTG and Gilligan (good one Holly Todd impersonating Jon Lovitz' liar... yeah, that's the ticket) Never doubt he wont.

As for Tea entrance it was not that bad. Sorry I got TNT tickets for Hawaii already. Let MY GIRL go Todd. She needs to be free.

Jen some one kill her. New Campaign JEN MUST DIE.

As for the rest fast forward is it.

I thought KDP did a great job, and I was glad Blair had a moment with Jack, but I was disappointed that she seemed to let go of her rage in favor of sheer devastation. It seemed a little limp compared to yesterday. And Todd was back to full Diphood, duh, GEE, duh-ar, Blair, dah-ahhh nobody got hurt.... Fuck you, too, RH. I'm with Blair: Go. GO!!!!!!

it pisses me off that we've all suffered this boring, (most often) silly crap for the last 6 mos for 5 days of good soap. And now I guess I'm supposed to be grateful? It's mass manipulation (great Todd and Blair stuff, bringing the TROLL back along with all the dead people and most of all DECENT WRITING!!!) and I for one don't like it one bit. Especially when I know it didn't have to be this way. If GT and the writers can do this NOW then they could have done it then. It's my contention if OL even had a couple days a week (sustained) with meaty, compelling stories like the last 2 days, the ratings would skyrocket..well maybe not skyrocket but at least be in competition with Y&R in HH and probably be # 1 in the demos week after week not to mention a lot less discord and malcontents among the viewers....BAH!!!!...jmnsho, of course

I guess everyone else is having a good time but I'm not! Except laughing at The Chipmunk's CLAWS hugging Carlotta's back! HAR! What WERE those scraggly bony things? Euw! Ugly! And I see she felt she had to get in the bulgy eyes bit! Creepy! And PURE CHIPMUNK! On the Todd front there are moments when I see something there, a ghost of the past, but then he reverts! I don't think this guy knows how to play Todd any other way now! Some of it was serious for a second, then back to yuk it up for laughs! Not to mention he's just reacting stupidly! Blair's doing what she should. But TODD should know how to make her come around, and THAT ain't it! Just a little forceful MANLY breaths down her neck, grips, grabs, kisses, and I love you's would have Blair MELTING! Crying back in his arms. That's what she wanted, I love you, I need you, I'm sorry, I mean it. Not a bunch of claptrap "you have it all" blather. A desperately angry but sorrowful Todd! Whose SERIOUS desperate love was holding onto her for his LIFE! Or a serious knock down drag out like the Big Battle! A desperate screaming match that ends in realization that they can't live without each other, no matter the intermitten blow ups. But this Todd can't do that. No adult can have a conversation or fight with a dumbed-down clueless idiot whose reactions belong in another situation! Granted, I haven't watched much of the rest of the show, but I'm disappointed with Todd, don't know why, didn't expect much. With such a mournful serious Blair, if Todd had been alive, this could have been good. She was crying her eyes out to a block of ice who was incapable of reacting in a way to fit the grim situation he was facing. "Duh" just doesn't do it. And now he's going to confront the Wicked Witch? Look out! This will be ugly.
