i knew that i was supposed to hate him that he was supposed to be all bad, but i just couldn't i wanted them to build on his story who the morleys were, how he became a vampire, how long he had been one all that kind of stuff...i thought that his and livvie's love story was the best that i had ever seen...the more that they made us hate him, the more i wanted to love him, i just figured that he was misunderstood, if they had of kept him, then he could have learnt to love again..i think he was deeply hurt..those were some of my thoughts about him that he was misunderstood because of what he was, and all he wanted was for someone to love him unconditionally, and a family..i agree that he was brainwashing livvie, but i also believe that he really loved her as well....
