Subject: Babes Behind Bars! Independence Day, 2002

Babes Behind Bars

Begins with a B&W shot of Lindsay behind bars. She wakes up, says �Another day in hell.� Nobody is there, no Allison, no guards, just Lindsay. Lindsay says � It�s my Independence Day!�. She hears music coming from behind a door. She opens t a door where music and singing is gong on. Bad Girls, B&W turns to color. Lindsay is really getting into it and everybody el;se is sitting down. Millie tells her she can�t get anything right. In comes Roxie. �Yo, Allison! Long time, no see.� Allison attacks her.

Roxie says give me a break! I�m in the big house now. Roxie says she�s a victim of love. She breaks out in song, �Set Me Free Why Don�t You Babe�?� The other immates are digging the performance.

Lindsay says Max should be in jail not Roxie. Roxie says she locked Max�s ass in the freezer. Allison has a picture of Dave, The picture is the size of a small movie screen. She sings �Ben� when Lindsay reminds her that Dave is really Ben. Allison is dressed like a prom quen in black and white stripes. Blair just showed up, and said, �Lindsay! You don�t know the half of it.

Blair shows up. She says that she burned down the Sun. Blair says her biggest mistsake has always been love. She sings, �What do you get when you fall in Love?� I love that black and white hat she�s wearing. Everybody is singing, and Lindsay leaves them, and returns to her cell. Blair follows her. She brings Starr with her. Starr tries to cheer Lindsay up. �The Sun Will Come Out Tomorrow� Linsay tells her that was a really strong rendition. Starr gives Lindsay some advice, tells her to toughen up, or a place like this will chew you up and spit you out.

Tillie sings, �How Can People Be So Heartless?� Lindsay says she feels so different about Lindsay now, but Lindsay says she feels the same way about her. She rats Lindsay out to Nora.

Another mother daughter routine. Jessica sings, �I Don�t Give A Damn About My Bad Reputation".

Finale: "We Are Family"
