Subject: Daily Summaries For All Soaps (7-18)

All My Children

Opal and Erica receive some troubling news about an ailing Palmer.Trey advises Adam to go for his wife's jugular instead of suffering through a long, messy and drawn-out divorce. At the hospital, Stuart's good-natured attempt to cheer up his sister-in-law only brings Liza to tears. Chris steps in when the owner of the Pine Cone motel presses Kendall to come across with sex if she can't pay off her overdue bill with cash. Though relieved to learn that her tumor has not returned, Liza is taken aback to discover how Adam was grilling her doctors earlier about what symptoms would emerge if his wife's illness resurfaced. Chris advises Aidan to steer clear of Kendall. Palmer admits to Erica how hard Dixie's death has hit him. Later, Erica works hard to persuade Palmer and Opal that they both need each other now more than ever.

As The World Turns

Rosanna informs Lucy that she knows about the party and the fight between Aaron and Chase. Lucy accuses her of trying to impress Craig. Rosanna threatens to call Craig and tell him about Lucy's lies, but Lucy sees through the bluff. When Rosanna proposes they agree to keep the events of the evening a secret, Lucy smugly dials Aaron and tells
him she has everything under control. Rosanna recalls her relationship with Mike, wistfully gazing at a blue ring. Carly greets Molly and tells her about the gunman at Java Underground. Molly carefully tells her about the man she met in New York City. Carly encourages her to contact him, and Molly finally reveals that she's talking about Carly's exboyfriend. To her surprise, Carly orders Molly to follow her heart and see Mike again. Abigail reluctantly sits down with Chris for coffee, and he tells her about his internship. Bonnie tells Lisa and Isaac about Marshall's heroism. Isaac offers Marshall free drinks, and Bonnie shakes his hand. On the way out, Marshall tells Brandy to learn everything she can about the meeting with the liquor board. She informs him that Jessica used her influence to help Isaac keep his license.

Bold and Beautiful

Sheila and Erica watch Rick and Amber on the TeleSave network. Erica comments that they make a cute couple. A fuming Sheila reminds her daughter that Amber was just in rehab, but Erica insists they are starting over together. Sheila accuses Erica of being in love with Rick. Erica admits she has a crush but insists that Amber will make
Rick happy. After her daughter walks out, Sheila vows to get them together at all costs. As she watches the show, Sally grumbles that every time she defeats the Forresters, they find a way to fight back. Kristen congratulates Tony on his success and updates him on the TeleSave show. In the studio, the phones are ringing constantly, and the Forresters have already sold out on several items. A viewer calls in to ask about Brooke's baby, and Rick announces he has a new baby sister. Another caller asks if Thorne is available, and Amber jokingly promises a date to anyone who orders in the next five minutes. Whip informs them that half of the inventory has been sold. At the Spectra office, Ridge catches Darla ordering a Forrester piece. He wonders what happened between him and his father. Taylor encourages Ridge to be proud of the Spectra show. The Forresters celebrate when they learn the entire inventory has sold out. Rick immediately calls Ridge to gloat.

Days Of Our Lives

Brady is startled by the appearance of Isabella, his dead mother. He asks her if Chloe will die, and she encourages him not to hide his feelings for her. In the park, Shawn apologizes to Belle for his behavior, and they embrace. The aliens watch from a distance as the female alien gulps from a bottle of wine. When Belle and Shawn see the couple, they giggle as the female alien struggles to stand. Marlena
sits down with John and asks him about Tony. She is suspicious of his public friendliness toward Tony. John is vague with his answers and asks for Marlena's support. Kate calls Roman, who informs her that Billie has decided to be a police officer. Later, John warns Sami to stay out of trouble with Tony, but she is determined to use Tony to
win Brandon's affection. To Sami's surprise, Tony agrees to help her. He asks her to be his date at dinner, and she happily accepts. Bo and Roman interrogate Billie about her sudden career change. She explains that she was inspired by September 11 and wants to work close to her family. When Bo is alone with Billie, he tells her it would be impossible for them to work together. She demands to know if she has a job or not.

General Hospital

Ned advises Sonny to back off and stop stressing out Alexis in her delicate condition. Carly whines to Jason about her husband's lack of total commitment. Edward grumbles when Kristina brings him news about yet another illegitimate addition to the Quartermaine clan. Skye describes for Jax the expensive improvements she's planning to make at Club 101, then is taken aback to learn that her lover's latest business deal went through without a hitch. Ned begs a sobbing Kristina to give him a second chance. Bobbie warns Carly that Sonny would be completely destroyed if she slept with his best friend. Edward explains to his fuming granddaughter that he was only testing her to make sure her inside information could be trusted. Though Jason cautions him that Carly needs to be appeased, Sonny assumes that the good news about the fertility treatments will soon make everything right between him and his estranged wife. Meanwhile, Carly plans a seduction scene. Lila jumps to the wrong conclusion after Edward forces an uneasy Ned into divulging his news. Kristina rails at Sonny for breaking her sister's heart.

Guiding Light

Reva asks Josh to take the kids to the beach while she talks to Cassie. Cassie reveals that Richard died on their wedding anniversary. Reva comforts her sister and reminds her of the happy times she had with Richard. Reva admits she feels responsible for Richard's death, but Cassie tells her not to blame herself. Edmund arrives at the hospital to see his brother, unaware that Richard has died. Ed sadly breaks the news, and Edmund is furious that no one contacted him. When Ed tells him that Cassie donated her husband's organs, Edmund realizes the heart went to Rick. An outraged Edmund accuses Ed of giving Rick special treatment and disregarding Richard's life. Phillip learns that Rick has a new heart. He jubilantly embraces Olivia just as Beth enters, back from her trip to Texas. Beth tells him she realized she belongs at home. Alan sits down with Olivia and tells her about Richard's death. She breaks down crying, overcome with guilt over her behavior toward Cassie. Lilian suspects Richard's life support was
shut off intentionally.

One Life To Live

Allison and Lindsay cement plans for their prison break. Meanwhile, R.J. fears that his continued association with Lindsay will drive his daughter away for good. At the diner, Carlotta congratulates a beaming Keri and Antonio on their engagement. Al informs Gabrielle he won't allow her to keep him away from Jen. Cris again warns Natalie that her
mother's behavior is getting stranger every day. Tillie reminds Lindsay she'll be a moving target as long as she remains in Statesville. Out of Keri's earshot, Carlotta asks Antonio if he's really ready to have R.J. as a father-in-law. Jessica icily advises Natalie to move out of Llanfair before Ben comes home. Cris urges a fuming Jen to understand why he can't break the promise he gave Natalie. Asa puts the next phase of his plan into action as Gabrielle receives a tempting offer. R.J. instructs Tillie to rub Lindsay out.

Passions

Declaring herself ready to become a woman, Simone urges a flustered Chad to make love to her. Father Lonigan advises Kay to dispose of the vial before the zombie uses it to increase her powers. Standing over her sleeping mother, Theresa warns Pilar that terrible danger lies ahead. Chad reminds Whitney the time has come to tell her sister that
they are a couple. "Diana" breathes a sigh of relief as Brian finally regains consciousness. Luis explains to Miguel why he believes Julian had a hand in Sheridan's death. The doctor explains to "Diana" how Brian's accident may have triggered some memories in her. Meanwhile, Liz begins to wonder if Brian's brother could be the "Luis" his
girlfriend has just remembered. Luis encourages Miguel to patch things up with Charity. Later, Pilar shakily tells Luis how Theresa came to her in the night with an urgent message.

Port Charles

Staring at Ricky's photo of Casey, Marissa realizes why everyone in town has been mistaking her for her exact double. As Livvie comes to, Jack, Alison and Rafe question her about how she wound up in the woods. Dory accuses Chris of using her for sex and then discarding her with barely a second thought. Kate shows Ian a sketch of the hooded figure who's been singlehandedly doling out justice to the evildoers around Port Charles. Livvie invents a story about falling and bumping her head, then doubles over in pain as a skeptical Jack looks on. Chris suggests to a bristling Dory that the "Shadow" has been ruffling the cops' feathers by doing the job they aren't capable of handling. Meanwhile, Ian speculates that the vigilante isn't human. Insisting that her twin died at birth, Marissa reminds Jamal there's no way Casey could have been her sister. Ian encounters the "Shadow," who warns him not to interfere.

Young and Restless

Victor informs Leanna that Hope, Julia, and Ramona have decided to file lawsuits against her. He offers to back off if she makes a public retraction within twenty-four hours. Victoria rails at Max for interfering in her parents' marriage. She accuses Max of encouraging Nikki to leave town. Mac tells Katherine she finally feels free of Ralph. When she learns that Katherine has invited Larry to live with them, Mac welcomes Larry. On the way home from the hospital, Jill proposes a summer program in England, but Billy wants to stay in Genoa City with his family and his friends. Reunited with Mac, he laments the time they lost when he was in the hospital. Mac and Billy wonder how they can stay close when they go to college. Jill and Katherine
argue about Larry's presence in the house. Jill is furious to learn that Sean told Larry details of her personal life. Raul questions Brittany's feelings about their relationship. Later, Diego talks with Raul about the party and warns him about getting into trouble. John questions Colleen about the previous night, and she nervously lies.
